Alchemy HydroHealth helps you understand how your home water may affect your skin and hair. Start with a test kit, send your sample, then use your dashboard report to make informed routine and product decisions.

1. Sign in and pick your test tier
Go to Products and choose Glow Check, Hydro-Profile, or Pure Alchemist based on how deep you want your analysis to be.
2. Add your kit to cart and complete checkout
Review your basket, apply a coupon if you have one, then complete secure payment through Stripe.
3. Collect your sample when your kit is delivered
Follow the included instructions and collect from the faucet or shower source you want analyzed.
4. Mark sample collected in Dashboard
After collection, open Dashboard > Orders and use "Mark Sample Collected" to keep your timeline accurate.
5. Ship your sample back quickly
Use the return materials from your kit. For bacteria-sensitive workflows, shipping quickly helps keep the sample valid.
6. Read your report and recommendations
When your results are ready, open Dashboard > Reports to view your Hydro-Profile and next-step guidance.

I can't access a page after logging in. What should I do?

Try signing out and signing back in from the same email address used for your order. If access still fails, use Contact Support and include the page URL.

Where do I see kit progress?

Open Dashboard > Orders. You'll see each kit's status and timeline from payment through lab processing and final report.

Why can't I mark my sample collected yet?

The action appears after your order reaches Delivered status. Once your kit arrives and sample is collected, click "Mark Sample Collected."

My coupon code is not working.

Coupon codes must match exactly and may be expired or restricted by item type. Re-enter the code in Cart and check spacing and capitalization.

Payment didn't go through. Was I charged?

If payment fails, your order is not completed. Retry from checkout. If your bank shows a pending hold, it usually clears automatically.

How do I find my report after it is ready?

Go to Dashboard > Reports and open the report card tied to your kit ID. You can also compare with the sample report format.

How long does it take to get results?

Timing depends on shipping and lab intake. The Dashboard status pipeline shows exactly where your sample is in process.

Can I update my address or phone number?

Yes. Go to Dashboard > Profile, choose Edit Profile, then save your changes.

I forgot my password.

Use the Forgot Password flow from login, then reset using the link sent to your email.

Can the AI assistant answer app questions?

If AI assistance is enabled in your app environment, ask app-specific questions like "How do I track my kit status?" or "Where do I find my report?" for guided, in-app help.

I still need help. What's the fastest support path?

Use the Contact page and include your order number or kit ID so support can locate your account quickly.
